Returns at Sugar™
– with ease and a smile

We want you to always be satisfied with both products and Sugar™ service. Therefore, if you want to return a sweet purchase for any reason, here we will also meet your expectations:

SWEET RETURN PROCEDURE

You can return any Sugar that has no signs of use (it is originally packaged and has all tags) without giving a reason within 14 days. For this purpose:

    1. Package your return and make sure that we will be able to identify it – just add a card with your order or invoice number to the package. If the payment was made on delivery provide us with the account number to which we are to return the funds.
    2. Return the goods for free, conveniently and without printing a label using the InPost Mobile app or the website https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/sugar. You can find detailed instructions here.

You can also send the package to the following address at your own expense if you do not want to use the InPost fast returns service:

3. You will receive a refund no later than 14 days, but we do our best to make it the next business day after receiving the returned goods.

SWEET COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare a claim form according to the guidelines at the bottom of the page. Make sure the defect is accurately described.
  2. Package the claimed product along with the claim form.
  3. Send the parcel at your expense to the following address:
